Reservation Policy
Reservations are recommended. Deposit required for more than a week’s reservation.
A 50% deposit for extended stays/retreats/short-term rentals.
Sorry, no pets inside, but barn and local kennels available.
Smoking in designated area outside only.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is refundable with 3 days cancellation notice, and 10 days cancellation notice for Guest House deposit with $100 cancellation fee. All refunds are subject to a $25 per room handling fee. No shows and guests who cancel within 24 hours of 3 pm date of arrival will be charged for the entire reservation(s) except for emergency situations. Please call 330.550.0285 or email us.
